'i relly enjoyed this book this book.ive read it over and over !i really felt as if i was in the sences of the book and i really foundfelt the emotions of rusty ,charlie,her mum peggy and her mums fruend beatie,i also felt great saddness when the book turned for the worst .i would recommened this book to 13-14 year old and upwards.'

'This was an excellent book it stayed in my hands from beginning to end. The reader can feel every emotion. I think that it is suitable for anyone from about ten upwards. Michelle Magorian is a very talented author with a rare skill to be able to engross people in her books.'
