3. Please use your own real name.

4. We ask that your messages be in English. We cannot include any messages in other languages.

5. You should be aware that you are responsible for the content of any materials that you submit to us. Therefore you agree that you will only submit materials to which either you own the copyright or for which you have first obtained all necessary permissions and consents. You further agree that you will not post any materials that are in breach of copyright or any other third party rights or which are in breach of any of these House Rules.

6. We cannot guarantee that we will post all of the materials submitted by you, or that they will be posted in the form in which they were submitted.

7. We reserve the right not to post or to remove, without notice, any postings that are in breach of these House Rules, the law, or that we consider might be offensive or detrimental to other users of the Puffin website.

If you do not comply with these House Rules and with our General Terms and Conditions, we will send you a formal warning by email and may suspend postings of your material. If you continue to fail to stick by the rules after that warning, we may curtail your use of the Puffin website altogether.
