Vital facts about Namibia
Namibia is one of the driest countries on Earth and the landscape consists mostly of desert. It is also the second least densely populated country, which means there are only 6.5 people in every square mile of land (compared to 630 people in UK).
So, if you ever visit Namibia and think it might be a good idea to go wandering out into the desert, you can be pretty sure that you will end up lost and alone if you are not properly prepared!

One of your biggest dangers in the desert is the wildlife. The animals that live in the desert are true survivors and will do everything to survive in the baron landscape, including eating anything that crosses their path, even YOU! Make sure you know what the deadliest beasts are here.
